🚨 URGENT : RNs & LPNs Needed – Belding, MI 🚨
We're urgently hiring compassionate LPNs & RNs to care for this sweet 10-year-old girl with Down syndrome and autism who's been in the hospital for over 500 days— not because of her medical condition, but because there's been no home staff available to support her.
She is trach- and G-tube dependent , and uses a ventilator at night . She lives in a calm, pet-free home with her mom. No siblings. Paid training provided!

As a Private Duty Nurse with Centria Healthcare, you'll deliver compassionate, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Whether caring for a medically complex child or an adult recovering from a motor vehicle accident, you'll be making a meaningful difference every day.

Provide skilled nursing care (trach / vent care, medication administration, catheter care, etc.)Monitor and document vitals, symptoms, and changes in conditionAssist with ADLs such as repositioning, hygiene, mobility, etc.Support patient well-being with compassionate and attentive careCollaborate with families, caregivers, and the healthcare teamQualifications
Active RN or LPN license in the state of MichiganExperience in home health, private duty, or long-term care preferredPediatric or adult care experience a plus (trach / vent knowledge helpful but not required)Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered careReady to Make a Difference?
