Our dynamic and fast-paced healthcare organization is seeking a passionate and dedicated Permanent Associate Veterinarian to join our team. Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Associate Veterinarian, your primary responsibilities will include :

  • Providing comprehensive medical and surgical care to a wide variety of animals, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and emergency care.
  • Diagnosing and treating a wide range of health conditions, diseases, and injuries in animals.
  • Performing surgical procedures, including spaying / neutering, dental surgeries, and other necessary operations.
  • Collaborating with the veterinary team to develop and implement treatment plans for animals.
  • Educating pet owners on the proper care and treatment of their pets, including dietary recommendations, preventative care, and post-operative care.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay current on the latest advancements in veterinary medicine.

    • Qualifications :

    The successful candidate for the Permanent Associate Veterinarian position will possess the following qualifications :

  • A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Associate Veterinarian or a similar role.
  • A valid license to practice veterinary medicine in the state.
  • Strong surgical and diagnostic skills, with experience in a wide range of surgical procedures.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex medical conditions and treatments to pet owners.
  • A strong commitment to animal welfare and a passion for providing the highest level of care to animals.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently when necessary.
  • The flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
