Inside Sales – Packaging – Base Salary to 120K / year – New Castle, DE
Privately held specialty packager with 45 years in business, 15–25 employees, and 400–500 active B2B accounts. Roughly 80–90% of revenue is in medical cold-chain solutions requiring consistent quality and regulatory rigor. Owner-led, relationship-driven, steady growth.
Join the inside sales team to retain and grow an established book of 400–500 accounts, with emphasis on cross-sell, margin quality, and selective new-logo onboarding. This is a hands-on, on-site role working closely with the Owner.
Responsibilities :
- Expand revenue within existing accounts via cross-sell / upsell of specialty packaging and corrugated solutions.
- Onboard new accounts from qualification through first purchase; coordinate with operations and customer service.
- Maintain accurate quoting, pricing updates, and renewal / contract discipline.
- Build simple, repeatable sales processes (call plans, playbooks, win / loss notes).
- Partner with the Owner on strategic customers and pricing decisions.
- Support occasional trade shows as needed (limited emphasis).
Qualifications :
Inside sales experienceSpecialty packaging OR corrugated experience is a must.Proven account management across a large book, including quoting and pricing for margin.Will typically manage around 150.Process and tools : CRM proficiency (any platform), strong Excel / Google Sheets, disciplined follow-through.On-site presence in New Castle, DE; ability to travel 10% as needed.Compensation & Benefits :
