A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist to assist members in navigating their healthcare benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Assist members in understanding their benefits and answer related inquiries
Guide members through open enrollment and life event decisions regarding their benefits
Resolve benefit issues by researching concerns and ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of customer service and benefits experience
Familiarity with health plans, COBRA, Medicare, and HSAs / FSAs is preferred
Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, and internal systems
Strong documentation and time-management skills
A passion for helping others in a collaborative remote environment
