Nurse Practitioner NP

RiteMed is seeking a committed and clinically strong Nurse Practitioner to join the team at Shippensburg Health Care Center. Qualifications

Active NP license in Pennsylvania

6 months of NP experience is acceptable — especially valuable if they’ve worked in ICU, ED, hospitalist, or other high-acuity settings

Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills

Comfort managing medically complex residents

Excellent communication and documentation ability

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing medical management for post-acute and LTC residents

Perform assessments, manage chronic and acute conditions, and coordinate care

Document visits accurately and efficiently through RiteMed systems

Collaborate daily with nursing, therapy, and administrative teams

Serve as a key clinical leader within the facility
