Inventory Control Specialist

Schedule : 6am - 4pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate : $16 - $18 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review shipping / receiving notices and supporting documents to prepare schedules and ensure completeness.
• Compile and verify data from contracts, sales orders, purchase orders, BOMs, and accounting reports.
• Maintain accurate stock control records, including cycle counts and item characteristics, and recommend disposal of unused stock.
• Verify requisitions, shipping orders, routing slips, and job orders for accuracy against catalogs, manuals, and parts lists.
• Audit work orders and materials issued to ensure profitability, scanning and updating inventory records regularly.
• Track inspector time and enter data into work systems.
• Maintain organized, clean work area and perform additional tasks as assigned.
