Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for an acute care hospital position, requiring 1 year of experience and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

  • Acute care hospital setting
  • Day shifts, Friday through Tuesday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
  • 13-week contract assignment
  • Floating required within the hospital and within OT scope
  • EMR : EPIC; prior EPIC experience required
  • Block scheduling allowed
  • RTO (requested time off) must be provided in advance
  • First-time travelers are accepted for this position
  • Locals are accepted for consideration
  • No call is required
  • No modules required before starting
  • Must provide a copy of driver's license and Social Security card for consideration

    • Requirements

  • Current Occupational Therapist license required if applicable
  • Minimum 1 year of OT experience required
  • BLS certification required
  • Prior experience with EPIC charting system required
