About the Role :

As an Instructor at SafeSplash, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the aquatic skills and safety awareness of our students. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality swimming instruction to individuals of all ages and skill levels, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment. You will develop lesson plans tailored to the needs of each student, fostering their confidence and competence in the water. Additionally, you will assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their swimming goals. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the overall mission of promoting water safety and lifelong swimming skills within the community.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Current certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Previous experience in teaching swimming or a related field.
