Job Title : Proposal Graphics Designer

SUMMARY

The Growth team is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Proposal Graphics Designer to develop compelling visual content for proposals, white papers, and presentations.

This graphic designer will manage and produce graphics for proposals (written and oral format) adhering to design and brand standards.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design all viasual components and graphics including infographics, process flows, org charts, and cover designs that reinforce win themes.
• Work with solutions subject matter experts, writers and managers to translate complex content into clear visuals.
• Ensure visual consistency, branding, and compliance with solicitation requirements.
• Format templates, update style guides, and prepare publis-ready graphics
• Maintain graphics repositories and libraries
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Suite and Microsoft 365.
