Description : JOB SUMMARY :

The Self Inspector Housekeeping is responsible for cleaning and inspecting assigned guestrooms to ensure they meet or exceed César Republic and Hilton brand standards. This designation is reserved for high-performing Room Attendants who have consistently demonstrated excellence and quality. Self-Inspectors are authorized to release their own rooms once standards are met and must maintain a minimum monthly inspection score of 95% or higher. This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner
• Clean and inspect assigned guestrooms, ensuring they meet César Republic brand standards.
• Maintain a minimum inspection score of 95% in monthly quality evaluations.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working
• Release own rooms upon completion after thorough self-inspection.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, supply closets, and assigned areas.
• Comply at all times with César Republic standards, safety regulations, chemical handling, and key control policies.
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests and colleagues at all times.
• Serve as a role model for consistency, efficiency, and quality in housekeeping operations.
• Perform any other duties as requested by Management.
