Job descriptionAdminister medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician Assist with the development and implementation of patient care plans Provide basic patient care, such as bathing, feeding, and dressing Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes Adhere to all safety and infection control procedures Valid LPN license in the state of Georgia or a Compact license for another state CPR certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
