Ability to climb to a height in excess of thirty feet. Thorough knowledge of the methods, materials, equipment and tools used in one of the skilled trades associated with the plumbing, mechanical, electrical, or HVAC & System Controls trades. Working knowledge of applicable building and safety codes and regulations related to facilities, systems including building and system level utilities and infrastructure, and renovations. Ability to demonstrate journey-level skill in one of the skilled trades and strong skills in other applicable trades. Ability to read, interpret and work from blueprints, plans, drawings and specifications. Ability to make rough sketches and to estimate the cost, time and materials of assigned work. Ability to analyze and respond appropriately to emergency situations. Ability to operate all applicable tools, equipment and systems necessary to perform skilled trade. Working knowledge of computerized maintenance and building automation systems. Ability to organize assigned work and carry forward assignments based on operational priorities as defined by the appropriate administrator and / or operating guidelines with a focus on efficiently performing duties required to complete assignments successfully and within given deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively and work harmoniously with a diverse group of individuals throughout the organization as well as those outside the organization who are directly or indirectly involved with projects and / or assignments.

Anticipated Hiring Range : $6,274 / month - $6,528 / month.
CSU Salary Range : $5,355 / month - $7,801 / month.

Background Check
Satisfactory completion of a background check (including a criminal records check) is required for employment.
