Job descriptionOwn the full lifecycle of compressor products—from concept to launch Define and execute regional product strategy, pricing, and profitability goals Collaborate with R&D and engineering on new product development and upgrades Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities Support sales with technical insight, go-to-market plans, and value positioning Monitor warranty data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement Deliver product training and act as the technical market specialist Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field 5+ years in product management or development , ideally in industrial compressors or refrigeration Proven track record in cross-functional leadership and strategic planning Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP / CRM systems
