We're seeking enthusiastic individuals with excellent customer service skills to join our team as Rental Technicians at our mountain rental shops. Adventure Awaits : Explore the stunning Snowshoe Mountain and enjoy all the outdoor activities it has to offer while you work. Make Connections : Meet guests and employees from across the country and around the world and provide them with exceptional hospitality that makes Snowshoe their home away from home. Maintain Guest Service Standards : Provide information on equipment, the shop, resort, and area; uphold professionalism and appearance; coordinate with other departments for guest rentals. Ensure Guest Satisfaction : Deliver excellent service, teamwork, and safety; ensure financial accuracy and equipment knowledge. Support Team Operations : Assist the Rental Store Manager and Supervisor with daily tasks. Promote Safety : Follow safety guidelines, maintain a clutter-free workspace, and adhere to food / drink policies. Ensure Liability Compliance : Collect and record guest / employee information; manage equipment records and maintenance needs. Contribute to Team Effort : Achieve results as needed and assist with related tasks. High School Diploma or GED

- Pay : $15 per hour
- Seasonal : Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year.
- Start Date : The end of November and beginning of December with positions available throughout the season.
- Schedule : May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Full Time and Part Time positions available
