• Deliver direct resident care with skill and compassion.\n\n
• Conduct physical assessments and develop care plans.\n\n
• Administer medications, IV therapy, TPN, and trach care.\n\n
• Monitor and document resident progress, reporting changes promptly.\n\n
• Educate residents and families on health management and prevention.\n\n
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.\n\n
• Maintain accurate records using appropriate medical terminology.\n\nSkills & Qualifications\n\n
• Active RN license (Iowa).\n\n
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.\n\n
• Proficiency with trach care, TPN administration, and IV therapy.\n\n
• Familiarity with MDS for resident assessments.\n\n
