Position Title : Skeet Attendant

Position Reports to : Skeet Manager and Assistant Managers

Employee Categories : Part-Time Seasonal

FLSA Category : Non-Exempt; Hourly Position

The Skeet Attendant will provide service to membership in all skeet areas. They will be willing and able to communicate courteously and politely with members on a daily basis. Must maintain a professional demeanor, work harmoniously with others, and strive to excel. Position requires availability on Saturdays from December through early March.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Maintain firewood and fire pits
  • Lead squads for pulling and safety on and around the skeet fields
  • Lead and score squads in the afternoon
  • The setup, maintenance and breakdown of the food and beverage for the day

Coffee, tea, decaf preparation from clubhouse to hut

  • Muffins / pastries display
  • The setup, maintenance and break down of the Skeet fields

    • Loading / reloading targets in the machines

  • Sourcing ammo from storage area to skeet field
  • Ensuring paths are clear

    • Specialized Knowledge / Licenses Required :

  • FID / Firearm Safety Certifications preferred but not required

    • Uniform Requirements :

  • TCC shirt (provided)
  • Long black pants
  • Black non-slip shoes

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Must be able to stand for 4-8 hours
  • Ability to lift 30lbs
  • This position requires the use of basic written and verbal English skills
  • Ability to work outside during all types of temperatures and weather conditions
