URGENT NEED - CNA / Caregiver / Home Health Aide

BrightStar Care of Hilton Head is currently seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) / Caregiver / Home Health Aide to join our team. As a CNA, caregiver, or home health aide, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and assisting with activities of daily living to improve the quality of life for our clients in the Bluffton, Okatie, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina area.

Responsibilities :

• Assist clients with personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Monitor and record vital signs when needed
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Assist with medication reminders
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Transportation to and from medical appointments, errands, grocery store, etc.
