Automotive BDC Representative at Tim Moran Ford

What You'll Do :
Proactively respond to incoming leads and customer inquiries to set appointments for vehicle purchases.
Respond to prospective customers professionally via email, text, or phone.
Adhere to a prescribed follow-up schedule to generate appointments from aging leads.
Track lead counts, appointments, and purchases to evaluate your performance and meet goals.
Be detail-oriented when entering notes into our CRM program.
Manage all scheduled appointments , including those shown and missed.
Work weekends and all major holiday weekends .
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!

What We're Looking For :
At least 2 years of solid customer service experience , preferably in the automotive industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook .
Ability to hit quotas and closing percentages .
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment.
Must have a clean and valid driver's license.
Must have a valid CA sales license.
