As we expand, we're looking for a tech-savvy individual to join our IT team and help keep our systems running smoothly.

Position Summary

As an Entry-Level IT Technician, you’ll be the first line of support for our internal teams, helping troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain IT infrastructure, and assist with system upgrades. This is a great opportunity to grow your technical skills in a dynamic and mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
  • Assist with network setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and other systems
  • Support software installations, updates, and patches
  • Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system
  • Assist with IT inventory tracking and asset management
  • Collaborate with senior technicians on larger projects and system upgrades

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Basic understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking fundamentals
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365 administration
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices

    Pay : $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
