A rapidly growing practice in AL seeks BE / BC Internal Medicine-trained physicians to join its hospital-employed Hospitalist group. this is a 420-bed regional referral center and it manages its own Hospitalist program. The program has more than 30 full-time, board-certified Internal Medicine Hospitalist physicians. The daytime shifts run 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on a 7-on / 7-off rotation, with an average daily census of 15-20 patients per provider depending on the seasons. No procedures and no call.

Hospital Employee, Inpatient only.  Competitive Annual Salary.  Signing Bonus available, contact us for details.  Relocation Bonus available.  CME money available.  Retirement plan provided.  No procedures and No call required.  Provide coverage for unassigned patients.  Admit and co-manage with intensivist support.  24 / 7 pulm / critical care support for all CC admissions.  Manage patients in clinical decision unit.  24 hour sub-specialty support available for all specialties.  In house radiology physician 24 / 7.  $100,000 Signing bonus package.  Paid malpractice and tail coverage.  Student loan repayment options available.  The region's only facility offering TAVR, EP Cardiology, and Watchman procedures.  Nocturnists position also available, works only 12 shifts per month with flexible, individualized scheduling..  Daily, 12-14 physicians work the 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. day shift.  The physician must be comfortable working with Internal Medicine residents..
