Job descriptionMaintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following safety, food safety, and sanitation requirements. Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are prepared and executed correctly and consistently. Create and maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant. Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop restaurant team members. Coach restaurant team members to drive sales, improve profitability, and guest satisfaction. Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality. Possesses an inspiring and motivating personality. Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
