Lange Gordon Rannigan & Claus LLC, a Tiffin, Ohio law firm, is seeking a full-time legal assistant to provide administrative support to one or more lawyers in the firm. Duties include answering telephone calls, taking messages, and directing calls; managing calendars and scheduling appointments; preparing, editing, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence; meeting with clients to facilitate document signing; and other duties, as directed. The individual must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and have excellent organizational and communication skills. High proficiency with Microsoft Office software is required. Preferred at least one to two years successful administrative support experience. We offer paid time off, retirement contributions, and bonuses - depending on law firm profit sharing opportunities.
