Change Enablement Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Change Enablement Manager to join our highly collaborative transformation leadership team. This role will play a central role in the development of change management, communications, and training integrated strategy and be responsible for the execution of these, in order to support the successful adoption of new HR service delivery models, technologies, and processes across the organization. You are a strategic thinker and hands-on leader with experience in driving and communicating organizational change and stakeholder engagement. You can translate complex change into clear, actionable communication and training plans that resonate across diverse audiences. With a campaign and enterprise-wide mindset, you know how to promote the value of transformation initiatives, and feel comfortable or even energized by managing the ambiguity which large-scale programs come with. You bring a thoughtful, people-centered approach to change, ensuring that employees are informed, connected, and engaged to adopt new ways of working that drive long-term success.
