Job Title : HRMS Data Analytics (HRC4) Olympia Location : Thurston County - Olympia, WA (Remote, with periodic in-office meetings) Closes : October 5th, 2025 Salary : $6,259.00 - $8,415.00 Monthly.
The Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) is dedicated to supporting children and families by building resilience, improving health, and strengthening educational outcomes. DCYF partners with state and local agencies, Tribes, and community organizations across Washington to provide services at the most critical points in the lives of children and families, giving them the tools they need to succeed.
The Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) is seeking a skilled HR Data Analytics and Reporting professional to serve as the agency's subject matter expert. This role provides critical insights from workforce data to inform strategic decision-making, compliance, and organizational planning. You will develop standard and customized reports, dashboards, and visualizations, translate complex HRMS. Additional responsibilities include leading agency-wide data audits, serving as a Data Steward, managing HRMS security and user access, and providing system training. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering accurate, reliable, and actionable HR information that drives agency success.
Some of what you will get to do :
Required Qualifications : Five years' experience directly interfacing with HRMS, including Data Analytics and Reporting AND commitment to equity, inclusion, and respectful workplace principles.
OR
Bachelor's degree with a focus in business, human resources, or related field from an accredited college or university whose accreditation is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) AND Three years of professional human resource experience directly interfacing with HRMS including Data Analytics and Reporting AND commitment to equity, inclusion, and respectful workplace principles.
