Job Description
Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and support staff.
Ensure all equipment, machinery, and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and production efficiency.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Minimum of 5 years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the food or beverage industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) or similar certification is preferred.
