Branch Manager
Responsible for ensuring S&E exceeds its Annual Operating Plan Budget by establishing a clear strategic direction and driving operations. Accountable for the growth of S&E business. Oversee the forecasting and budgeting process to accurately project business trends, branch volume, and profitability while proactively identifying financial risks and opportunities. Manage departmental supervisors across Administration, Operations, Sales, and Safety; oversee the direction, coordination, and performance of each team. Responsible for executing backlog of construction hoist, scaffold, business maintenance unit, and permanent installation contracts. Lead S&E's reorganization & rebranding to ensure market competitiveness, key talent retention, and margin expansion. Support daily branch operations by leading routine meetings and optimizing operational resources. Maximize profits by establishing detailed business plans, driving sales and cost management initiatives, adapting to market conditions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Participate in special projects or committees that support continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration. Negotiate labor / union agreements, where applicable, to maintain workforce harmony and legal compliance. Oversee safety audits and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA, labor laws, and industry-specific standards. Champion customer experience initiatives, identifying ways to improve all touchpoints with S&E. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to manage branch efficiencies and support data driven decision making. Domestic travel is required approximately 15% of the time for client site visits, branch support, safety audits, and participation in regional meetings or corporate initiatives.
Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 4 years of experience in the construction industry or a related field. 3 years of experience in sales forecasting. 3 years of experience in personnel management, including supervision of cross-functional teams. 3 years of experience applying mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions in a business or operational setting. 2 years of experience writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals and presenting technical or operational information to internal or external audiences, including managers or customers. 2 years of experience solving operational problems where limited standardization exists. 2 years of experience interpreting written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule-based instructions. 1 year of experience using Bluebeam, Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and SAP or equivalent ERP software.
Salary : $187,000 - $217,000 per year.
