Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 45 AM - 4 : 00 PM

Mobility Bone & Joint Institute, a division of Northeast Orthopaedic Alliance, seeks to hire a full time Medical Assistant for our practice. MBJI is a 25+ provider, multi-specialty practice in the Merrimack Valley, with offices in Andover and Haverhill MA and Salem NH. The practice consists of orthopaedics, spine, rheumatology, interventional pain management, sports medicine and podiatry.

The Medical Assistant duties include, performing patient intake, outreach, authorization medications & refills, assisting in procedures, assisting in DME fittings, patient registration, phone support and other duties related to patient management in the practice. The practice uses Athena Clinicals. Being bi-lingual (English / Spanish) is a plus. Candidates must be able to travel between offices as needed.

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist physicians with procedures and examinations.
• Conduct patient rooming, intake history, and assessments.
• Apply durable medical equipment.
• Draw up injections and manage dressing changes.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and organized clinic environment.

Job Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent (Required).

CNA, LNA, or MA certification preferred.

1 year of medical terminology experience preferred.

Outpatient clinical experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
