Job description

Ross Consultancy US provides expert EPCM services across complex construction sectors. We're seeking an Electrical Superintendent to join our team on a major semiconductor facility project in Chandler. You'll lead the delivery of electrical construction activities on this high-tech, fast-paced project.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical field operations

Enforce safety standards and lead toolbox talks and inspections

Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and client semiconductor standards

Plan installation sequences with engineering and other trades

Review drawings and submittals for accuracy and constructability

Manage testing, commissioning, and documentation for system turnover

Provide daily reporting and progress updates to the Project Manager

Support crews with technical guidance on cleanroom systems, power distribution, and process tool hook-ups

Required Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent in industrial or mission-critical environments

Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and construction sequencing

Ability to lead field teams and coordinate across disciplines

Familiarity with commissioning, QA / QC processes, and turnover requirements

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship. Please note that we do not sponsor visas.
