Starting Salary & Up to 50% Commission
V’s Barbershop is offering an incredible opportunity for barbers at all stages of their careers. Whether you're looking to build your clientele or already have a strong following, we have a compensation plan tailored for you :
- Starting Salary for those building their clientele
- Up to 50% Commission if you're a barber with an established client base or if your weekly earnings exceed your hourly wage. We guarantee the higher of the two : either the percentage of commissions or your hourly wage.
$1,200 Retention Bonus!
Join our award-winning, authentic barbershops and be a part of a team that values talent and drive. Earn the bonus after completing 1,040 hours with us.
