Job descriptionPrevious payroll experience Strongworking knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Office and Outlook Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Must be able to pass a background check Must be a US citizen or Permanent Resident Competitive hourly rate between $26.69 to $32.50 based on experience Annual salary merit increases Competitive vacation and sick time Paid holidays, including a half day on your birthday! We currently have multiple facilities located throughout the United States, Canada and the Philippines and are looking for motivated individuals to work in our corporate facility with our Human Resources department in a Payroll Assistant role.
Responsibilities
- Payroll (processing, time keeping, and bonus calculation)
- Maintaining records (processing hires, promotions, transfers and separations)
- Other clerical tasks, including filing and records management as assigned
