Job Title : Field Administrator

Job Description

The Field Administrator provides essential administrative, customer, and facility support to the organization. This role, under the direct supervision of the Area Supervisor, is responsible for ensuring that area billing, reporting, and daily office operations are organized and functional.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to field construction management and crews as required.
• Assemble and maintain final job packages for handover to the billing team.
• Identify issues and escalate them to management as necessary.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Organize and lead area billing, reporting, and other day-to-day office operations.

Work Environment

The work environment is a corporate office setting with a business casual dress code. The typical work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 5 / 6 pm, with a half-day on Friday ending by 2-3 pm. The position may involve working at a construction site in a comfortable trailer.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Pierce, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00 / hr.
