Coverage : 24 Hours Attending, 24 Hours Midlevel = 1.6 pts per hour, high acuity

12 hour shifts : 7a-7p, 7p-7a computerized scheduling with equal number of shifts (There is one provider that works all nights, so the number of nights may be lower)

Specialty Coverage : acute stroke via telemedicine, Cath lab, neurosurgery, urology, nephrology, etc.

Licensed for 140 total beds

Hospitalists program, ED does not write any holding orders

22% - 28% Admission rate

$215 / hour

25K signing bonus

10K relocation allowance

Minimum 12 shifts / 12 hours each per month
