An established general contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead field operations for a high-end, $25M+ commercial project. Roughly 75% of the work remains, including site improvements, utility coordination, foundation tie-ins, and premium interior finishes.
This role is ideal for a Superintendent who thrives in complex, fast-paced environments — particularly on tight sites with intricate logistics and high-end architectural details. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all onsite construction activities from groundwork through final punch list, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality standards are met.
Manage subcontractor performance, site logistics, equipment, and material deliveries within limited space constraints.
Direct the completion of civil, structural, and utility scopes, coordinating closely with design and engineering teams.
Lead the installation of premium architectural finishes, millwork, and specialty interiors with precision and attention to design intent.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite that reflects the professionalism of the team and the client’s expectations.
Serve as the primary field liaison for owners, architects, engineers, and vendors to resolve construction challenges and maintain progress.
Use Procore (or similar software) to track RFIs, submittals, daily reports, photos, change orders, and punch list items.
Partner with the Project Manager to maintain accurate schedules, manpower forecasts, and project documentation.
Support the transition into future project phases and potential additional developments on the same site.

7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or institutional construction.
Proven ability to manage projects with challenging site conditions and aggressive schedules.
