Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

• Deliver personalized financial advice and solutions to both personal and business clients at multiple branch locations.
• Proactively cross-sell banking products such as checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and trust / estate accounts.
• Strengthen client loyalty through consistent follow-up and relationship management, regardless of the branch you're serving.
• Support business clients with Treasury Services including Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), courier logistics, and cash transport coordination.
• Participate in local outreach and community engagement initiatives for each branch you support.
