Job descriptionNon-Invasive Cardiologist Adfinitas Health Job Title : Non-Invasive Cardiologist Location : Charles Regional Medical Center – La Plata, MD Job Summary Charles Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Non-Invasive Cardiologist to lead our La Plata location. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled cardiologist looking to be part of a collaborative and cohesive team in a supportive rural healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive cardiovascular care for adult patients, including general and preventative cardiology services in an inpatient rural setting. Conduct physical examinations, diagnose and manage cardiovascular diseases, order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs, and prescribe medications. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless patient-centered care. Education & Certification : Board Certification in Cardiology required. Active State Medical License, DEA, and State Controlled Substance Registration (CSR). Experience : Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in cardiology or a related field. Skills & Competencies : Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients, staff, and stakeholders. Critical thinking and decision-making abilities, especially under pressure. Knowledge of multidisciplinary care models, emerging healthcare trends, and new technology applications.
