CC&B Billing Consultant

A company is looking for a CC&B Billing Consultant to manage Mass Transaction jobs and ensure accurate billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and manage Mass Transaction jobs, including validation, execution, and error handling

Perform data checks and cleansing to ensure data accuracy before loading into the billing system

Collaborate with the bill print team to ensure correct implementation of monthly bill inserts / messages

Required Qualifications

Experience with SQL, capable of building and modifying complex queries

Understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, with minimal testing required

Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project details and outcomes

Familiarity with programming concepts to read job code and troubleshoot issues

Attention to data quality and accuracy, with a focus on preventing errors in billing processes
