Primary Health Partners is a fast-growing  Direct Primary Care (DPC)  company on a mission to transform healthcare. We’re building a proprietary tech platform to improve patient care, empower clinicians, and fuel smarter decisions.

The Role

We’re looking for a  Vice President of Technology  to be our top tech leader. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll set the vision and lead execution across software, data, security, and analytics. You’ll build the platform, scale the team, and make sure technology drives both patient outcomes and organizational growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead development of our proprietary platform
  • Oversee data strategy, analytics, and reporting
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and security best practices
  • Align tech with clinical, operational, and business needs
  • Build, mentor, and grow high-performing teams
  • Drive innovation and efficiency through scalable solutions

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven tech leader with experience in software + data
  • Track record building / scaling platforms in high-growth orgs
  • Healthcare, SaaS, or regulated industry background preferred
  • Deep understanding of HIPAA and healthcare data workflows (a plus)
  • Strategic thinker + hands-on builder mindset
