The RoleA full-time Subject Matter Expert (SME) will play a crucial role in delivering and maintaining DGM systems. This position combines the responsibilities of the Web Platform and Platform Server SME roles to ensure our delivered systems are built on robust foundations. The prime roles of a Platform Application SME are to review system designs, create and maintain internal documentation for building and troubleshooting our core platforms, and identify current or emerging problem areas of product design or implementation. Much of this is done through our ticket system. Your Impact

• Work with DGM engineers and developers to determine proper system configuration and design via SME ticket system in JIRA
• Create and maintain internal documentation to assist engineers of all levels in configuring and troubleshooting systems
• Identify ongoing or emerging problem areas of platform design, documentation, or implementation
• Train DGM engineers, 3rd party implementers, and customers on platform configuration and best practices
• In some scenarios - assist on staged or live customer systems to troubleshoot a single issue (via KVM, CSOC Bomgar, VPN, etc.)
• Maintaining a central repository and knowledge base of Web Platform and Platform Server principles. Leveraging this information to provide recommendations and guidance to customers, project teams, and 3rd party implementers.
• Increase and maintain knowledge of messaging, networking, security best practices, MongoDB, NGINX, load balancing, etc.

#LI-DW1 The salary range for this role is $74,200.00 - $92,800.00. This range represents what we in good faith believe is the range possible for base compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on several factors. This range may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for bonus or variable incentive pay.
