Position Overview

We are seeking an  experienced Landscape Construction Estimator  to join our growing team. This role requires a meticulous, organized professional who thrives in a high-performance environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of landscape construction processes, materials, and costs, and will take pride in producing accurate, comprehensive, and competitive estimates that reflect the quality of our work.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for high-end residential landscape construction projects.
• Interpret landscape architectural drawings, specifications, and design intent.
• Quantify materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs with precision.
• Solicit and evaluate bids from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date cost databases and pricing models.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure estimates align with design goals and budgets.
• Participate in project hand-offs, pre-construction meetings, and value engineering discussions.
• Procurement and strategic sourcing of materials including but not limited to plant and stone material.
