Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about supporting a team that helps families plan for their future? Henssler Financial is seeking a dedicated Estate Planning Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our attorneys and paralegal.

This is full-time, in-office, position based in Kennesaw, GA.

What You’ll Do :

  • Coordinate and prepare documents for client signings
  • Organize, scan, and manage client files and digital records
  • File deeds and enter filing fee expenses
  • Prepare and process outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and legal management systems
  • Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks and special projects
  • Ensure a tidy, professional workspace and uphold confidentiality at all times

    Requirements : What You Bring :

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Prior administrative experience in a legal or professional office setting is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
