Electrical Test Engineer Technician

Job Description

As a Manufacturing Engineering Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting manufacturing operations by ensuring that engineering processes are efficient and effective. You will be involved in troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving manufacturing equipment and processes, contributing to the overall success of our production goals.

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Northford, CT location.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes, helping to deliver high-quality products to our customers while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements and engineering changes to enhance productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that manufacturing processes are aligned with engineering specifications.

Pay Transparency

The annual base salary range for this position is $44,700 to $67,100. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
