Treasure Coast Generators LLC is a veteran-owned generator company serving the Treasure Coast region — including Martin, Palm Beach, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, and Indian River counties. We specialize in generator sales, installation, maintenance, and service for residential and commercial customers.
We’re hiring a driven Account Manager (Inside & Outside Sales) to manage renewals, upsells, and inbound leads — while finding new customers and growing our Annual Service Agreement (ASA) program.
What You’ll Do
- Renew and manage customer Annual Service Agreements (ASAs).
- Identify and close upsell opportunities on parts, upgrades, and maintenance plans.
- Handle inbound calls and web leads from homeowners and businesses.
- Prospect for new customers through phone outreach and local field visits.
- Maintain CRM records and customer follow-ups (Housecall Pro experience a plus).
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
What You Bring
2+ years of sales, account management, or customer service experience (generator, HVAC, or electrical industry preferred).Excellent communication and follow-up skills.Comfortable talking to customers and closing sales both in person and over the phone.Clean driving record and valid Florida driver’s license.What We Offer
