$1,820 to $3,000 per week

- Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm schedule, no weekends or on-call
- 30 weekly units of productivity expected
- Home health setting
- Home health experience required, HCHB experience preferred
- 2-3 years physical therapy experience preferred
- Territory covers Santa Clara and Santa Cruz county and Hollister
- Documentation due within 24 hours
- 13-week assignment length

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
