Primary Care Physician - The Woodlands, TX

We are currently looking for a board-certified / board-eligible
primary care physician
to join our primary care practice in
The Woodlands, Texas .
Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule :
Flexible, 4-5 days per week
Call :
1 night a week (telephone call only, no weekends)
Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages (with minimal pediatrics) in a family medicine setting
Efficiently manage 20 patients / day across a flexible schedule (appointments vary based on reason for visit)
Focus on evidence-based medical practices, while applying solid fundamentals of medical knowledge
Participate in office rotations for Saturdays (shared among providers)
Manage telephone call for one night a week, no weekend on-call duty
Collaborate with support staff, including Medical Assistants (MAs)

Qualifications :
MD / DO with Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
2-3 years of clinical experience preferred
Team-oriented, efficient, and highly organized with a track record of high productivity
Strong commitment to evidence-based medicine and patient-centered care
Excellent communication and bedside manner
Motivated to maintain a long-term presence at the practice
Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred, and the ability to work independently is essential
