Glass Service Manager

Anchor-Ventana Glass is hiring a Service Manager for our Commercial Service department. This role requires a demonstrated, strong sales acumen and thorough understanding of the entrances and glazing field service industry with the ability to guide and direct the service department to meet / exceed departmental sales and profit goals.

Some duties of the Service Manager include, but are not limited to :

• Supervise personnel in the service department, both field and internal support. Drive the development of others in department to expand their role.
• Oversee the pricing and preparation of quotes, ordering glass and other material needed for service jobs.
• Participate in and facilitate follow up on pending service proposals and bids.
• Estimate costs for construction projects, ability to manage projects under contract.
• Oversee potential bidding opportunities by contacting property managers, management companies, and developing relationships with the construction industry.
• Represent Anchor-Ventana Glass as necessary at selective events / venues to promote sales and network with clients and potential clients and vendors.
• Perform sales calls and create leads for new customers.
• Participate in pricing and cost analysis of service department, including selective post-project reviews.
