Temporary Associate

This role is responsible for increasing customer confidence and loyalty by providing accurate, fast and courteous customer service, consistent operating conditions, and a friendly atmosphere.

Essential responsibilities include :

• Providing continuous attention to customer needs; greet, assist and thank customers in a prompt, courteous and friendly manner. Offer product suggestions when appropriate.
• Stocking and rotating department products efficiently and safely to ensure freshness and date control; restocking and using supply items efficiently to eliminate waste and to maintain the lowest supply cost. Operating department equipment and tools. Keeping work area clean, orderly and free from safety hazards; reporting faulty equipment and hazards to management. Working both independently and with a team executing all tasks as directed.
• Notifying management of team member theft, customer shoplifting, unauthorized mark-downs, property defacement or any action that is illegal and / or against company policy.
• Assisting customers with pickup order, ensuring order accuracy and delivering to customers vehicle.
