ServiceNow IRM Engineer

Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a ServiceNow IRM Engineer position for our client in Phoenix, AZ.

Duration : 12 months

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow IRM modules, including workflows, UI policies, ACLs, and integrations.
• Lead solution design, estimate efforts, and perform cost-benefit analysis.
• Maintain CMDB and ensure adherence to ITIL processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical solutions to diverse audiences.
• Tailor solutions to meet client requirements and project budgets.

Required Skills & Experience

Education & Certifications

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
