About the RoleWere looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead strategy and execution across ecommerce and lead generation accounts while managing at least two direct reports. This is a high-impact role where youll have the autonomy to step into live accounts, stabilize performance, and make a measurable difference during the busiest time of the year.In your first 90 days, youll drive Q4 campaign execution - auditing accounts, refining structures, improving feeds, and ensuring no performance gaps for our clients. Beyond Q4, youll continue shaping long-term growth strategies, guiding your team, and collaborating across channels to deliver best-in-class results.The ideal candidate is a player-coach : confident in their own execution skills, trusted by clients as a strategic partner, and committed to developing teammates in a calm, solution-oriented way.What Youll DoImmediate impact (Q4 / first 90 days) : Step into active ecommerce accounts and take ownership of campaign builds, optimizations, pacing, and reporting.Provide holiday and promotional supportincluding Q4 planning, testing frameworks, and creative coordination.Audit, troubleshoot, and prioritize tasks to stabilize performance during peak season.Lead end-to-end management of Google Ads & Microsoft / Bing Ads across multiple accounts, managing budgets of $50K$500K+ per month.Develop full-funnel paid media plans with KPI alignment, budget pacing, and testing frameworks.Apply Performance Max strategically - using it intentionally for ecommerce efficiency with clean feeds and robust data, while maintaining visibility and control.Leverage GA4, GTM, and GMC to ensure accurate tracking, feed health, and conversion quality; build clear reporting stories in Looker Studio.Act as a confident client-facing lead : presenting insights, leading calls, and proactively identifying growth opportunities.Manage and mentor at least two direct reports : review work, prioritize workloads, and provide growth-oriented feedback.Collaborate with Paid Social and Programmatic teams to deliver holistic, cross-channel media strategies.Stay ahead of platform changes, AI-driven tools, and emerging best practices to continually improve performance.What Youll Bring5+ years of Paid Media experience with advanced expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft / Bing Ads.Proven success managing ecommerce accounts, including seasonal / holiday campaign execution.Experience managing $50K$500K+ monthly budgets across multiple clients.Strong technical expertise in GA4, GMC, and GTM; Looker Studio strongly preferred.Experience managing and mentoring at least two team members in an agency environment.Ability to balance hands-on strategy and execution (~75%) with leadership and mentorship (~25%); a true player-coach.Client-facing presence : able to simplify complex data, lead conversations, and build confidence with stakeholders.Calm, solution-oriented communicator who thrives under pressure and can stabilize accounts quickly.Bonus PointsExperience with Programmatic platforms (e.g., StackAdapt, The Trade Desk) or Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).Familiarity with feed automation, AI tools, or advanced scripting.Passion for coaching and developing future leaders.Why Youll Love Working HereAt ZGM, we lead with strategy, communicate with transparency, and value people over process.
