We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant Or Resident Assistant to join our team! You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high quality patient care.

Responsibilities :

• Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff
• Responsible for being knowledgeable of resident plan of care and be able to follow specific plan
• Provide laundry care and services
• Provide companionship and basic care to patients
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment
• Be able to take vitals as needed
• Observe and report changes of condition and / or behavior of resident
• Must be able to communicate and work as a team with other staff members
• Promote a positive environment for all family members and guests of Willowbrook
• Be able to provide some housekeeping, resident activities and light food prep during working shift
• Must be willing to accept and complete continuing education requirements for the position on an ongoing basis
