Procurement Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Procurement Operations Support.

Key Responsibilities

Create, review, and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in Coupa

Manage approvals and workflows in alignment with corporate procurement policies

Source products and services from approved suppliers and ensure compliance with contracts

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field preferred

2-4 years of Purchasing / Procurement experience, Coupa experience strongly preferred

Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay Processes and Supplier Management

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong skills in MS PowerPoint and MS Word

Coupa Buyer and / or Coupa Admin Certification a plus
